Easy Pharma Ltd. is seeking a dynamic professional who bridges the gap between pharmaceutical expertise and digital proficiency. We are looking for a Pharmacist who is not only "Computer Sound" but also capable of managing our social media presence and sales operations in Dhaka.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Sales Excellence:

• Dispensing: Interpret handwritten and electronic prescriptions with 100% accuracy.

• Counseling: Provide expert advice on medication usage, storage, and potential side effects.

• Inventory: Manage stock using the FEFO method and monitor medicine expiry dates.

• Compliance: Maintain pharmacy standards in accordance with DGDA guidelines.

Digital & Technical Operations:

• Social Media Management: Create, post, and manage content for the company’s social media platforms.

• Engagement: Respond to health-related queries and engage with customers online.

• IT & POS: Efficiently operate Point of Sale (POS) software and maintain records in MS Excel.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Minimum HSC with a Diploma in Pharmacy or C-Grade Pharmacist Certification (Mandatory).

• Experience: 2–4 years of practical experience in a retail pharmacy.

• Technical Savvy: * Strong knowledge of Generic and Brand names.

  • High level of "Computer Literacy" (Internet, MS Office, and Social Media tools).

  • Ability to read complex doctor’s prescriptions.

• Soft Skills: Honesty, punctuality, and excellent communication skills.
