• Diploma in Medical Technology in Biochemistry, Microbiology

• Age 30 to 35 years

• Quality Control (QC) & Assurance: Monitoring accuracy, running control samples, validating results, and maintaining compliance with safety standards (e.g., biohazard handling, PPE).

• Sample Management: Proper collection, processing, tracking, and storage of specimens (e.g., blood, tissue).

• Information Systems: Using laboratory information systems (LIS) for data entry, retrieval, and reporting findings.

• Clinical Biochemistry & Chemistry: Analyzing body fluids for chemical components.

• Hematology & Blood Banking: Analyzing blood components and performing blood typing/compatibility testing.

• Histopathology & Cytology: Preparing and analyzing tissue samples and cells for abnormalities.

• Attention to Detail & Accuracy: Ensuring precision to prevent diagnostic errors.

• Problem Solving: Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and identifying test discrepancies.

• Time Management & Organization: Managing high volumes of samples under strict deadlines.

• Effective Communication: Reporting findings to pathologists and clinicians.

• Adaptability: Responding to changing priorities and new laboratory techniques.
