• Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or related discipline.
• Internee or relevant training will add value.

• Age At least 22 years

• Fresh engineering graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in both technical service and sales activities.
• Ability to work independently with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Bangladesh.

• Promote diagnostic instruments and reagents to laboratories and diagnostic centers, hospitals and research institutions.

• Install, calibrate, and maintain IVD instruments such as Biochemistry, Immunoassay, and Hematology analyzers.

• Provide timely technical service and troubleshooting assistance to clients.

• Achieve assigned sales and service targets through effective follow-up and customer relationship management.

• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and customer documentation.

• Uphold professionalism, discipline, and compliance with company rules and operational standards.
