Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a Sales & Application Officer to handle both sales and application operations in the IVD segment. This role requires strong communication, technical understanding, and a results-driven mindset to achieve sales, application and specific service targets to the end users while maintaining professionalism and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell diagnostic analyzers, reagents, and laboratory products.
Conduct product demonstrations, application support, customer training, and site visits.
Install, calibrate, and maintain IVD instruments (Biochemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, etc.).
Provide application & interpretation support from installation, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain professionalism and comply strictly with company policies.
