Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote hospital services and specialties.
Build strong relationships with doctors, corporate clients, insurance companies, and referral partners.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns for OPD, IPD, diagnostics, surgeries, and specialized healthcare services.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase patient flow and hospital revenue.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the healthcare sector.
Supervise digital marketing, social media promotion, and brand awareness activities.
Coordinate with medical consultants and department heads for service promotion.
Organize health camps, corporate visits, awareness programs, and outreach campaigns.
Prepare monthly sales and marketing reports for management review.
Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospital Management, or related field.
MBA in Marketing will be given preference.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospital, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors.
Strong knowledge of hospital service promotion and healthcare business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management ability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Good command of English and Bengali.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems.
