Responsibilities & Context:
The Manager – Medical Tourism will be responsible for overseeing patient case handling, coordinating with international hospitals, managing team performance, and ensuring smooth operational workflow. The role requires strong analytical ability, communication skills, and leadership to drive business growth and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient & Medical Coordination
● Review and organize patient disease history based on medical reports.
● Coordinate with international hospitals (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, China) to obtain Cost estimates, Second medical opinions
● Analyze and structure hospital feedback for clarity and easy understanding.
● Work closely with counselors to ensure patients clearly understand treatment plans and costs.
Operations & Team Management
● Oversee the entire patient handling process from lead generation to conversion.
● Monitor and evaluate team performance (Counselor, Assistant Counselor, B2B Sales).
● Ensure proper workflow and implement strategies to improve sales conversion.
● Maintain strong relationships with hospitals and international partners.
Operational Responsibilities
● Supervise ERP updates and ensure reporting accuracy.
● Ensure smooth communication across all departments.
● Identify operational gaps and implement effective improvements.
Business Development
● Achieve overall business growth and revenue targets.
● Contribute to strategic planning and execution for expansion.
Additional Responsibilities
● Perform any additional tasks assigned by management as required.
