Job Context

Al Noor Eye Hospital is seeking empathetic and highly organized interns for our new high-impact Internship Program. In this 04-month hybrid role, you will be on the front lines of healthcare operations, ensuring our hospital runs smoothly and our patients feel valued. This role is ideal for Management, HR, or Pharmacy students looking to understand administrative operations from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily patient flow within the hospital.

• Streamline coordination between doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.

• Act as the primary point of communication for patients, resolving queries and ensuring high satisfaction levels.

• Track weekly patient engagement KPIs and provide actionable feedback to hospital management.

Employment Status

• Internship (Duration: 04 Months or as per Unioversity requiremnt)

• Hybrid Model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (online).

Educational Requirements

• BBA/MBA (Management/HR) or B.Pharm/M.Pharm students/graduates preferred.(any final year sudent also can apply)

Additional Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to handle high-pressure clinical environments with a calm demeanor.

• Candidates with extracurricular leadership experience (BNCC, Scouts, club organizing) are highly preferred.
