Responsibilities & Context:
Provide comprehensive clinical care to pediatric patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up in OPD, ER, ward, and NICU.
Supervise and guide Medical Officers, nurses, and other staff in managing pediatric cases.
Attend emergency calls, critical cases, and participate in duties as per roster.
Ensure proper documentation, patient records, and timely completion of discharge summaries and reports.
Communicate effectively with patients’ families regarding condition, treatment plan, and counseling.
Participate in academic activities, training, and capacity building of junior doctors and staff.
