Bonarpara Islami Hospital is looking for a dedicated, highly skilled, and dynamic Resident Surgeon Officer (RSO) to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will manage surgical patients, assist in surgeries, and ensure high-quality post-operative care.

• Manage indoor and outdoor surgical patients.

• Assist senior surgeons in the operation theater.

• Perform minor surgical procedures independently.

• Conduct regular ward rounds and monitor patient progress.

• Provide emergency surgical care and attend call-on duties.

• Supervise junior doctors, interns, and nursing staff.

• Maintain accurate patient records and discharge summaries.
