∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Sanitary ware
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work as a team member for marketing and business development for dealers and retailers area wise;
∎ Must have experience in achieving sales targets;
∎ Require warm and healthy relationship with dealer/distributor/retailer;
∎ To create new dealers/retailers;
∎ To achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Sales Target;
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position;
∎ Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer;
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required;
∎ Good command of MS-Office applications, web-based software & Internet;
∎ Report on market progress, credit realization, and individual customer performance;
∎ Should be prepared for the frequent tour(s) at the respective area assigned for;
∎ The company may transfer to any place(s) as when required;
∎ Prepare and Deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to
∎ customers and prospective customers;
∎ Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other
∎ staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
∎ Maintain sales forecasting reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Effective coordination and communication abilities;
∎ Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to
∎ achieve objectives with a team approach;
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, Interpersonal relationship,Negotiation Skills;
∎ Analyses the sales market potential and market utilization;
∎ Actively processes the markets according to marketing mix: Model, price, communication policy and sales organization;
∎ Plans and implements marketing measures (in collaboration with Marketing Manager, if existing);
∎ Ensure daily sales funnel use by team;
∎ Conducts challenging customer meetings to secure customer satisfaction and retention;
∎ Making proper marketing plan and apply smoothly;
∎ Work with the sales team to ensure all marketing goals, campaigns & strategies are aligned with the sales strategy.
