Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls. Prepare sales plan, ensure achievement of sales target.
∎ Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
∎ Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement
∎ Capable to handle and manage a big team
∎ Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
∎ Achieve the monthly Sales target through comprehensive drive by creating customer cluster. Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record keeping.
∎ Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and find out Market Gap.
∎ Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
∎ Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
∎ The ongoing training of your salespeople. Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
∎ Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
∎ Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
∎ Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
