Sales, Business development, Market Research, Retail Stores/ Shops
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a team of direct reports.
∎ Conduct assessments of existing products and Leatherex standard service.
∎ Analyze the market to assess the potential for new products and services.
∎ Research supply options, market trends, and competitors and also Oversee entire product line to ensure that there are no gaps.
∎ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to establish effective price points.
∎ Set seasonal and annual goals and assess past performance.
∎ Contribute to plans for advertising and promotions.
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years' experience in product or category management.
∎ Working at fashion brands will be given preference.
∎ Significant experience in sales, marketing, and purchasing strongly preferred.
∎ Ability to foresee market trends and stay ahead of the competition
∎ Solid analytical skills
∎ Fluent in speaking, reading & writing both English & Bangla.
Salary: Negotiable
