Job Context:
∎ Job Nature: Full time and Regular
∎ Job Location: Head Office in Dhaka but need to perform extensive field tour for most of the days in a month.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Manage and implement the marketing plan to achieve the target set by the Company
∎ Motivate, manage and lead the team to perform as per the required standard
∎ Plan and implement all promotional activities, campaign, offers in collaboration with the Marketing & Product Management Team.
∎ Manage and maintain the target achievement of channel partners as per approved detailed strategy and action plan.
∎ Analyze data and take result-oriented strategies to achieve the target
∎ Develop, execute and review all related policies
∎ Plan and manage inventory and forecast of orders and ensure smooth supply and movement of goods as per the approved forecast
∎ Complete and submit all reports to the Management on time.
∎ Working to dedicate himself even beyond office hours.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 06-08 years experience in selling of Aerosol base Consumer product (Air Freshener, Mosquito & Cockroach Killer, Body Spray etc. will be preferred) in a reputed national or multinational organization.
Salary: Negotiable
