∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities to achieve sales target.
∎ Determine yearly sales target by preparing area sales plan, zonal sales plan.
∎ Ensuring of Searching & Appointing new Dealers for gap market.
∎ To maximize market share, revenue and profitability in the company's selected markets.
∎ To formulate marketing & Operations strategies and actions plan in line with the company's direction to expand its business in the designated area/territory.
∎ To get to know and participate in local exhibitions & marketing events which will increase brand awareness, contact expansion and idea generation.
∎ To improve the operational systems, processes & policies in support of organizations mission. Driving a new business unit towards growth.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly market report on sales & distribution.
∎ Maintain strong relationship along with the customers to achieve the goal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electric water Heater, Sanitary wares, Bathroom fittings & kitchen fittings Item
∎ The applicants should have experience in the same position
∎ Must be sincere, dedicated, and target oriented & diligent
∎ Must be pleasant & good team player
∎ Must be able to work under pressure
∎ The incumbent should be self -driven, hard working & willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Conditions may be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates
∎ Experience in the relevant field will be preferred
∎ Traveling required.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Basic Salary, TA+DA, Mobile Allowance, Target Base, Sales Commission, Festival Bonus (Subject to completion of six months)
