Job Context:
∎ Reports to: Managing Director.
∎ Department/Section: Sales.
∎ Job Category: MANAGER, SALES.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sales strategy to grow customer base.
∎ Grow the current account base by gaining new accounts through management of sales leads as well as proactive approach.
∎ Creating new corporate customers and build rapport with them to maximize business revenue and profit.
∎ Identifies, qualifies, and penetrates new business opportunities from existing and potential customers using territory management skills.
∎ Schedules customer appointments with key decision-makers to overcome barriers and identify growth opportunities in the freight market.
∎ Strong understanding of all transportation modes in a supply chain and how they each support the client.
∎ Maximize support and GP from existing accounts.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Required Experience :
∎ 6-10 years' experience in a similar capacity in Freight Forwarding Industry.
∎ Specialized in Import & Export cargo freight sales and have strong customer pipeline and able to generate business immediately.
∎ Ability to demonstrate and prove business development success in previous positions.
∎ Have to be target oriented and meet target in all time.
∎ Experience of handling nominations covering sales in AIR, SEA freight, Export and Import.
∎ Required Skills :
∎ Ability to work independently and handle operations in multiple locations simultaneously.
∎ Strong English communication & interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in MS office suits and email communication.
∎ Excellent customer management skills (foreign and local).
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
∎ Ability to multi-task in completing scheduled activities along with additional activities.
∎ Qualifications :
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Freight Forwarding.
∎ Air/ Sea Freight.
∎ Strong Local Market Client Base.
∎ ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Must be smart with pleasant personality, convincing/ interpersonal communication skills, ability to learn quickly and hardworking.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Candidates from reputed Freight forwarding companies or having strong business pipeline are especially encouraged to apply.
