Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure sales growth & revenue generation.
∎ Plan and monitor the Sales team's regular activities.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital and traditional marketing materials.
∎ Lead negotiations and closing sales deals, ensuring they meet company profitability targets.
∎ Planned and coordinated the proper execution of the sales function.
∎ Execute continuous market research and explore new business opportunities.
∎ Leading and motivating a sales team to achieve sales targets.
∎ Identify and approach potential customers interested in our projects.
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
∎ Conducted sales presentations and provided detailed information about our properties.
∎ Assist in organizing sales events and promotional activities. Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries. Working with the marketing team to generate leads and support sales efforts.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
