Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth
∎ Identify and target new business opportunities and markets
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers and partners
∎ Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and events
∎ Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services
∎ Manage and mentor sales and marketing teams, providing coaching and feedback to drive performance
∎ Set and manage sales and marketing budgets, and track ROI for all campaigns and initiatives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
∎ Deep understanding of sales and marketing metrics and ability to analyze and report on results
∎ Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)
