Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and supervise team members - provide leadership and insight on all aspects relating to asset/liability management.
∎ Leads and conducts research to identify potential prospects; supporting the sales team to improve performance, control, and maintenance; identifying key buying influencers within the prospects to determine timeline and budget; building and cultivating prospect relationships.
∎ Utilized selling skills and technology to promote company products and services with customers to meet individual goals.
∎ Must have to Maintain and increase sales daily and monthly basis. Identifying and developing new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads developing new business.
∎ Must be capable of arranging new investment fund hunting for company development.
∎ Provided training and coaching in establishing new business relationships, presentation skills, negotiating, and closing. Trained and developed the sales staff. Created and implemented a successful training and action plan.
∎ Communicated issues to contractors and coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations.
∎ Supervised sales teams and a positive driving force for the teams.
∎ Must have to arrange largest customer investment fund.
∎ Identified high-level target accounts, update and implement a business plan to gain market share.
∎ Must have useful knowledge, self-leadership, and passion for learning, building relationships, and exceptional customer service to be an asset to applicable positions..
∎ Must have to manage data for new and prospective clients and documents; and preparing and analyzing marketing and sales pipeline reports.

∎ Supervise the development of monthly and quarterly risk management information (i.e. interest rate and currency risk reports, financial projections, liquidity and capital planning reports) for the Asset and Liability Management Committee, in support of strategic decision-making for the management of the balance sheets of the company
∎ Coordinate with the other office staffs and work together
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management

∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Dynamic leadership skills and strong ability to provide effective resolution to the customer and staff-related issues.
∎ Highly adaptable, strong planner and problem solver with keen interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Provided Competitor and market intelligence to constructively develop a PowerPoint proposal for customer multi-well drilling program.

∎ Proficiency in using all types of MS Office products.
