∎ At least BBA/MBA or Honors in any discipline in Management, Marketing, Communication or a similar field from Reputed Public or Private Universities
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar position in a reputed company will be an added advantage

Job Context:
∎ Leading Asset Management Limited is a visionary and dynamic startup company in this area. We are looking for a dedicated dynamic and professional deputy fund manager. The fund manager work description also involves working closely with clients, and based on their goals and the level of risk they can take, help manage portfolio trading activities, as well as create an investment strategy for them.You must ensure cost efficiency and profitability in the management of assets. And these must reflect in their decision to hold, buy, or sell assets.
∎ You should also ensure proper liquidity of funds by paying close attention to risk and cost commonly associated with taking advantage on cash flow opportunities.
∎ Your main duties include meeting with their team, as well as existing and potential clients. Since the fund manager is responsible for the success of the fund, they must also research companies, and study the financial industry and the economy. Keeping up to date on trends in the industry help the fund manager makes key decisions that are consistent with the fund`s goals.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fund Raising Planning, forecasting & determining strategies and meet target
∎ Ensure fund raising achievement as per your commitment to the company (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly)
∎ You must hunt investment as per company direction or company policy
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situation
∎ You should have the ability to communicate with business entities, research institutions, NGOs, development institutions, social organizations and individuals to encourage depositing fund
∎ Follow up clients through phone call, e-mail, physical visit basis to generate for fund raising
∎ Weekly/Monthly progress report should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned
∎ Coordinate with the other office staffs and work together
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management
∎ steering and managing the business in the right direction towards creating more value
∎ Holistic operational role, strategically pushing the business forward in all capacities
∎ Entrepreneurial business management, developing new opportunities and representing the business in new ventures.
∎ Must be capable to bring in direct inject fresh investment fund.
∎ Should be capable to make plan, direct, or coordinate investment strategy or operations for a large pool of liquid assets supplied by institutional investors or individual investors.
∎ Should responsible for implementing a fund's investment strategy and managing its trading activities.
∎ Should capable oversee mutual funds or pensions, manage analysts, conduct research, and make important investment decisions.
∎ The potential of new product developments or market opportunities, according to factors such as business plans, technologies, or market potential.
∎ Direct activities of accounting or operations departments.
∎ Identify group or individual target investors for a specific fund.
∎ Develop or implement fund investment policies or strategies. Develop or direct development of offering documents or marketing materials.
∎ Develop, implement, or monitor security valuation policies.
∎ Review offering documents or marketing materials to ensure regulatory compliance.
∎ Present investment information, such as product risks, fees, or fund performance statistics.
∎ Verify company compliance of transaction reporting.
∎ Hire or evaluate staff.
∎ Perform or evaluate research, such as detailed company or industry analyses, to inform financial forecasting, decision making, or valuation.
∎ Select or direct the execution of trades.
∎ Analyze acquisitions to ensure conformance with strategic goals or regulatory requirements.
∎ Manage investment funds to maximize return on client investments.
∎ Select specific investments or investment mixes for purchase by an investment fund.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year experience in bank/finance/capital market.
∎ More qualified to achieve all types of fund target.
∎ Should develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short term and long term objectives.
∎ Should have good communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capability to lead and motivate a professional team to run the organization protecting interest of the company and stakeholders.
∎ Portfolio management of the company as well as manage portfolio of different mutual funds.
∎ Inject fund/Fund Manage/Fund Management of the company for its new mutual funds.
∎ Directing client investment activities for stocks, bonds, and securities within a particular fund.
∎ Provide investment and financial management advice.
∎ Monitor fund performance.
∎ Excellent in computer literacy.
∎ Hard working and able to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salaries for Deputy Manager - Fund and Investment can vary based on their experience, seniority, honesty, dedication, client relation based, capacity on fund collection etc.
