  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the Real Estate Sales ( Apartment sale) .
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing a remote sales team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze client data, identify market trends, and make sure for closing deals..
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving sales success.


Responsibilities & Context:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a remote sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Conduct regular virtual meetings with the sales team to review performance, provide coaching, and share best practices.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate continuous learning and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring high levels of engagement and morale.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships, sales activities, and track performance metrics.
