APPLICANT SHOULD HAVE:
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the Real Estate Sales ( Apartment sale) .
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing a remote sales team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze client data, identify market trends, and make sure for closing deals..
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving sales success.
Responsibilities & Context: Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a remote sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct regular virtual meetings with the sales team to review performance, provide coaching, and share best practices.
- Identify training needs and facilitate continuous learning and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring high levels of engagement and morale.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships, sales activities, and track performance metrics.
