Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the retail sector.
∎ Identify new market opportunities, target segments, and geographic areas for retail expansion.
∎ Evaluate potential partnerships, distribution channels, and retail outlets to maximize business growth.
∎ Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with retail chains, franchises, distributors, and resellers to expand the reach of our ISP services.
∎ Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing structures, and promotional activities to drive sales and market penetration by maintaining all legality.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint marketing campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and promotional offers.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives in the retail sector.
∎ Build and manage a pipeline of retail sales opportunities, from lead generation to deal closure.
∎ Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and report on key metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to retail partners and customers to drive adoption and usage of ISP services.
∎ Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product development, pricing strategies, and service enhancements.
∎ Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, market visibility, and customer acquisition in the retail sector.
∎ Plan and execute retail marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive foot traffic, generate leads, and boost sales.
∎ Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all retail channels and touchpoints.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all retail outlets.
∎ Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve sales targets.
∎ Ensure BTRC and other government authority compliance to avoid any unhealthy situation.
∎ Manage all retail business-related activities and crises.
∎ Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing retail sales team.
∎ Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to ensure team members meet or exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
∎ Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric culture.
