Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Following the ticketing system and taken the necessary steps to resolve the client's problem.
∎ For revolving the client ticket's we are working step by step troubleshooting like as pop to pop connectivity checking or changing path, route path checking or changing, physically path check further the issue is radio , fiber then forwarded ticket to the concern department.
∎ Shifting /installing the new clients and new devices installing, as we configurated the MNO(WTTX modem/Mikrotik/Huawei/Cisco) and send the NW team or Fiber team to handover /install the devices.
∎ Then we follow up with the team until the end of the installation. when the link is checked again and sent the confirmation mail.
∎ And also we listed the credential in database As per the client's requirement Device POC, Bandwidth Upgradation, Down gradation, as well as Creating the interface Graph, adding in monitoring tools(Nagios) and Listed client's information in the Database.
∎ Support Physically for client-side configuration issues and Installed new devices, like Mikrotik router, switches, Wireless router, Access points, Or given support for other purposes.
∎ As also handover the new link. Following the upstream vendor and NTTN data links or third party providing data links.
∎ when the links are down and we forward SCR/link ID to them, also communicate with the concerned person. and kept in touch until the link is up.
