Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality control, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Controller/ Assurance, Quality Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish Quality Management System (QMS) as per customer demand.
∎ Ensure quality in the whole process fabrication to shipment in a woven garment.
∎ Ensure AQL as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
∎ Maintaining liaison with merchandising and production department and making the plan to ensure maximum quality.
∎ To make plan to minimize rejection and communicate with production department.
∎ To handle buyers QA during their final inspection and during floor visit.
∎ To handle the technical audit.
∎ Solve any kind of quality issue & take decision which is rise in the factory.
∎ Target 100% pass rate with required AQL level.
∎ Maintain quality SOP and responsible for quality and technical related issues arising in production and timely solutions to ensure on time delivery with zero quality claims.
∎ Responsible for overall quality assurance/quality control.
∎ Manage and follow-up QC team members for quality inspection work.
∎ Other task will be assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have experience in the following area (s) : Quality Control / Audit, Quality Controller / Assurance, Quality Management in Woven Garments.
∎ Experience in the relevant field in woven (tops & bottom).
∎ Excellent team playing aptitude with a pleasant personality.
∎ Have mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Only male are allowed to apply.
∎ Good computer knowledge & have to work in ERP system.
∎ Communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Analytical and problem solving ability.
∎ Planning and project management skills.
∎ Persistence and the ability to influence others.
∎ Ability to lead and motivate team.
