Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare manufacturing instructions and specifications for raw materials, bulk products, finished goods, and test methods for the Quality Control department.
∎ Develop and implement relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality control processes.
∎ Analyze quality metrics, customer feedback, and internal inputs to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
∎ Monitor and support risk management services, including pest control and management of slow- and non-moving products.
∎ Manage market return products and identify root causes of complaints to support future quality improvements.
∎ Recorded customer complaints promptly, delegated to appropriate departments, and provided timely feedback to management.
∎ Ensure product traceability is maintained across the supply chain and oversee the implementation of an effective product recall system.
∎ Conduct supplier audits based on risk analysis to ensure compliance with quality standards.
