The candidate must hold an MSc in Animal Husbandry/ Animal Breeding & Genetics / and Veterinary Science with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or the equivalent of a second class / division, or comparable academic standing in all examinations from a recognized university

• Age, academic credentials, and professional experience requirements may be waived for candidates demonstrating extraordinary qualifications and a proven record of excellence

• Must have certification of quality bull purchase and semen quality certification in Bull Station as well as in the field

• Must have knowledge of manufacturing techniques, quality control procedures and relevant industry standards

• Must have knowledge about market dynamics, market behavior, strategic

• Must be able to monitor sales performance, report and analyze the progress

• Must have advanced communication, analytical, people management and interpersonal skills

• Must be able to contribute effectively as part of a team, flexibility and multi-tasking

• Must have demonstrated/safeguarding ethics and integrity

• Must be able to facilitate and encourage open communication in the team and communicate effectively

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) plan for semen production, processing, preservation, and distribution both at the bull station and in the field.

• Ensure all procedures comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare detail quality reports for the management and provide training the related staff regarding the quality improvement.

• Prepare the plan for monitoring and internal investigation and also prepare a Gant Chart for implementation of schedule

• Analyze the monitoring report and prepare the report based on the finding and submit to management

• Maintain liaison with BRAC programs and other organization.

• Arrange regular team meeting with management as per requirement

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by management
