The candidate must hold an MSc in Animal Husbandry/ Animal Breeding & Genetics / and Veterinary Science with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or the equivalent of a second class / division, or comparable academic standing in all examinations from a recognized university
Age, academic credentials, and professional experience requirements may be waived for candidates demonstrating extraordinary qualifications and a proven record of excellence
Must have certification of quality bull purchase and semen quality certification in Bull Station as well as in the field
Must have knowledge of manufacturing techniques, quality control procedures and relevant industry standards
Must have knowledge about market dynamics, market behavior, strategic
Must be able to monitor sales performance, report and analyze the progress
Must have advanced communication, analytical, people management and interpersonal skills
Must be able to contribute effectively as part of a team, flexibility and multi-tasking
Must have demonstrated/safeguarding ethics and integrity
Must be able to facilitate and encourage open communication in the team and communicate effectively
Must have demonstrated ability to work in a team and to develop networks and collaborations accordingly

Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) plan for semen production, processing, preservation, and distribution both at the bull station and in the field.
Ensure all procedures comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare detail quality reports for the management and provide training the related staff regarding the quality improvement.
Prepare the plan for monitoring and internal investigation and also prepare a Gant Chart for implementation of schedule
Analyze the monitoring report and prepare the report based on the finding and submit to management
Maintain liaison with BRAC programs and other organization.
Arrange regular team meeting with management as per requirement
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by management
