Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish, coach and guide the factory team on a standard QMS (Quality management System).
∎ Drive for perfection in terms of quality of the product and processes.
∎ Emphasize on in-built quality across the organization rather than traditional check point methods.
∎ Establish ways to measure FTT at each key transition points, frequent reviews, analyze problems, brainstorm, develop countermeasures, implement actions and continuously improve the standard.
∎ Systematic problem solving and continuous improvement drive at all levels of the organization.
∎ Create a culture of customer first and meet all customer expectations in terms FTT, DR, Inspection, OTP, and maintain top rank in supplier evaluation.
∎ Manage the operations with utmost adherence to the local and international compliance requirements, prominence to safety and mutual respect at all levels.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 10 years' experience in Apparel Industry with at least 5 years' experience in a managerial position
∎ At least 5 years' experience in managing a sizable apparel factory as a Quality Manager
∎ Experience in Active Wear/Sportswear is essential
∎ Working experience in a double shift factory is highly desirable
∎ Candidates with exposure to lean manufacturing will have an advantage
∎ Strong leadership with sound communication skills
