Job Context:

∎ We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to ensure that our products meet all requirements before they reach the buyer`s end.
∎ This role ensures that all manufactured products meet or exceed customer expectations and Quality requirements.
∎ The manager assumes a leadership role in reinforcing and adhering to established company quality standards and specifications by validating quality throughout the production process. Manages and directs the quality department in compliance with customer expectations and widely accepted standards. Supervises activities relating to inspection, laboratory testing, auditing, and process control. Also responsible for implementing, maintaining, and modifying the plant`s quality management system to improve business operating systems and to meet the requirements of customers and best practice audits.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for setting up 'Quality Management System (QMS)' with modern tools and techniques to ensure the quality of plastic packaging products.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules, regulations, and SOP for implementing the QMS system.
∎ Ensure In-process Quality Control (IPQC) activities, Manufacturing, Packaging, and labeling operation monitoring which complies with the batch record, sampling plan.
∎ Supervise, mentor, and monitor the R&D work.
∎ Organize record keeping and documentation of QA activities.
∎ Maintain standards in all levels of the production process and ensure to maintain continuous development of the quality department.
∎ Anticipate problems/defects that may arise in the manufacturing process and take preparation accordingly.
∎ Ensure every inspection includes proper documentation for the online production & delivery.
∎ Maintaining the calibration records of testing apparatus up to date.
∎ Train, Motivate & Supervise the QC and Production team to meet the objectives.
∎ Develop & maintain SOP for not only Quality Department but also all other departments.
∎ Monitor Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and Proper documentation of PDI.
∎ Monitor reports of all Incoming raw materials that are used in production or for other purposes.
∎ Submit a statistical Quality update to management on monthly basis.
∎ Analyzes quality control test results and provides feedback and interpretation to the production management team.
∎ Determine, recommend, and assist in continuous improvement programs to meet plant/division quality objectives and advise the Production Manager of appropriate action plans.
∎ Serves as primary contact with customers in the event of customer complaints leads internal investigations, and implements corrective and preventative actions. Drives resolution to conclusion and systematically improves product and system quality
∎ Train the Quality and Production representatives to ensure flawless quality of the products.

∎ Should have training / Knowledge of Quality Management System, TQM.
∎ Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
∎ Experience of 5-12 years with a factory and multinational exposure.
∎ The mindset of continuous improvement.
