∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality Assurance or Quality Control., Shoe industry , Shoe Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & Apply quality control policy.
∎ Ensure quality evaluation and reporting on vendor quality systems.
∎ Has to ensure quality of incoming materials expected requirements.
∎ Must be experienced in AQL inspection system and able to manage QC team.
∎ Has to deal with all quality issues in production as well as buyers' COC.
∎ Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and make corrective action plans for permanent solution.
∎ Has to monitor and maintain Production Quality findings analysis, reworks, in a statistical interpretation, inform and guide relevant section heads. Provide support to minimize reworks and reduce defects percentage. Control to avoid interdepartmental rework.
∎ Has to perform in Line & pre-shipment and final inspection.
∎ Has to provide technical support to production team when required, to ensure quality standard.
∎ Must have experience and skills to manage buyers independently in terms of quality assurance.
∎ Must have experience dealing with quality inspections.
∎ Must have experience dealing with technical audits.
∎ Has to have manner to train unskilled workers.
∎ Has to perform any other task as assigned by the management.

∎ Age at most 50 years
