Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Guarantee that the quality management system is appropriate, sufficient and effective, plan, coordinate and oversee management reviews and the efficiency and execution of outputs.
∎ Effectively interact with Technical, development and production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Develop Quality Strategies, Policies, processes, standards and systems of the company.
∎ Minimize clothing flaws, returns, and reworks. Investigates the sources of problems and implements the required fixes.
∎ Collaborate together with teams responsible for merchandise, manufacturing, and quality control to guarantee that all information flows smoothly and is updated.
∎ In Charge of all factory-level quality control and product assembly tasks.
∎ Providing approval such as print, embroidery, wash & as per required by the buying house.
∎ Keep all the quality documents, buyer’s manual and implement accordingly.
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
∎ Doing In-Line Inspection to check the quality.
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by auditing and controlling.
∎ Make sure the quality of the materials meets the buyer’s requirements in terms of shrinkage, GSM, hand feel, etc.
∎ Evaluate the daily inspection report to determine the cause of the quality inspection report to determine the cause of the quality issue and take the appropriate action to lessen it and enhance future outcomes.
∎ Developing and carrying out protocols to test, inspect, and assess product quality in compliance with business requirements.
∎ Provide shade approval for bulk fabric.
∎ Liaise directly with buyers/Customers to address quality-related issues within the factory.
∎ Capability to establish & implement good QC & QA procedures in the factory.
∎ Implement and ensure QMS.
∎ Any additional duties assigned by management.
