Experience:

Masters in any discipline

• At least 8 years

• Age 30 to 35 years

• ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) training Required;

• Any third party (BV/ITS/SGS etc.) experienced is highly preferable;

• Ability to work under pressure;

• Sound Knowledge in Computer operation;

• Good communication skills in both Bengali and English and well behavior.

• Lead  and o run successfully QMS throughout whole manufacturing process from warehouse to finished goods area;

• Follow up, monitor and supervise QMS requirements, Implement all technical audit requirements and ability to conducting internal QMS audit to ensure compliance with quality standard and identifying areas improvement;

• Implementation of various tools and techniques of LEAN and 5S;

• Good analytical and technical skill knowledge on all quality control process;

• Implement TLS in the sewing line to track and control operator wise defects;

• Control all technical file / quality documentation / SOP / Quality metrics  / KPI etc;

• Providing training and guidance to staff on quality management principles and best practice;

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
