• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s Quality Management System in line with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or industry-specific requirements).
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and customer requirements across all operations.
• Establish quality policies, procedures, manuals, and documentation to standardize processes.
• Plan and conduct internal audits; coordinate external audits and certification processes.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) programs.
• Train, mentor, and raise awareness among employees about QMS policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, supply chain, R&D, HR, etc.) to ensure quality integration into all business processes.
• Ensure proper document control and records management as per QMS requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Report regularly to senior management or HOD on QMS performance, risks, and improvement plans.
• Act as the key contact for certification bodies, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure effective supplier quality management and evaluate vendor compliance.
• Oversee risk management, change management, and quality-related compliance projects.
