Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in developing existing and new products;
∎ To check all analytical report of RM/PM and bulk products as per SOP;
∎ Ensure quality of finished products and disburse only when they meet the standard;
∎ Establish company's quality procedure standard, update test procedure, and specification;
∎ Check and ensure online QC report, monitoring pest control activities and healthy sanitation & hygiene condition everywhere;
∎ Should have knowledge of cleaning agent and its application;
∎ Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner;
∎ Take initiative for defect reduction and Participate in TQM project;
∎ Check production output according to specifications;
∎ Check and make sure sanitation, cleanliness and hygienic condition of total process floor are as per specification;
∎ Ensure the quality of all ,raw materials & packaging materials and report;
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on ISO, BSTI regulation;
∎ Check all finished product& market return products & report;
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
