Job Responsibilities:
∎ Properly understand buyers’ fabric requirements and deliver them within given time limitation.
∎ Monitor and ensure that the entire fabric Quality process is going good with quality production.
∎ Must have knowledge on various report such as KPI, Compensation & replacement.
∎ Advice / instruct to produce the Quality both natural and synthetic textiles.
∎ To ensure that the Fabric Quality Check points are implemented as per SOP.
∎ Monitor and ensure that the inter-departmental communication is good.
∎ Recommending any special finishes or quality to be applied after the dying process.
∎ Monitor that the fabric inspection is going on in a systematic way
∎ Will be capable for supervising the process works.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability
∎ From planning to timely delivery with quality will be the responsibility of the respective incumbent
∎ Should have experience in facing quality audit.
∎ Have to ensure individual Dept. defect identification.
∎ Must have knowledge about inspection scale (i.e. 4 point, 6 point & 10 point).
∎ Preparation of all reports of Quality section and handing over to higher authorities.
∎ Maintain compliance, Health and safety, discipline among the staff.
∎ Maintain all documents and records in the quality process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must have good knowledge on Computer (MS Word/MS Excel/MS PowerPoint)
∎ Good writing & oral communication skill particularly in English and Bangla.
∎ Must be target oriented.
