Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising/ monitoring and follow-up quality of the product in manufacturing process.
∎ Supervise production as per customer's requirement followed by quality (Ensure product quality as per specification).
∎ Reduce rejection/ Reworks.
∎ Perform quality testing and document test result, log the entire defect, and track it to closure.
∎ Work on improving best practices in Test Management & in Quality Assurance Process
∎ Participating in gap analysis, risk management & management and document upgrading activity related to quality.
∎ Participate & Conduct validation activities of process.
∎ Ensure GMP (Good manufacturing Practice) Compliance
∎ Ensuring technical compliance in quality requirements.
∎ Maintaining proper & systematic general documentation.
∎ Active involvement in Pre-Production Meeting (PPM)
∎ Ensure inspection in every step.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have technical audit experience.
∎ Experienced as Quality Manager.
∎ Experience in manufacturing companies (Flexible Printing & Packaging Sector) will be given preference.
∎ Knowledge on Total Quality Management (TQM)
∎ Knowledge on quality assurance system
∎ Able to work under pressure & self-motivated. Should be proactive & excellent in verbal & written communication.
∎ Prioritize effectively & work with a sense of urgency, professionalism, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operating on Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point ( Computer Literacy is must)
∎ Excellent communication skill in both Bengali/ English
∎ Should be good to prepare daily & monthly report based on requirement
