Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Manager with a strong background in publication, printing, or book distribution industries. The ideal candidate will be able to manage both traditional publication-related operations and modern e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall operations including product sourcing, publication handling, and inventory management
- Manage product listings, pricing, and promotional activities (with a focus on books/publications)
- Supervise order processing, logistics, and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with marketing teams to boost sales, traffic, and customer engagement
- Analyze customer insights and sales reports to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with publishers, vendors, and stakeholders
- Ensure efficient workflow across both offline and online operations
