Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in management within publication, printing, or book-selling industry
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Practical knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, or similar)
• Ability to handle vendor relations, logistics, and order fulfillment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive results

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Manager with a strong background in publication, printing, or book distribution industries. The ideal candidate will be able to manage both traditional publication-related operations and modern e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall operations including product sourcing, publication handling, and inventory management
• Manage product listings, pricing, and promotional activities (with a focus on books/publications)
• Supervise order processing, logistics, and vendor coordination
• Collaborate with marketing teams to boost sales, traffic, and customer engagement
• Analyze customer insights and sales reports to improve performance and customer satisfaction
• Maintain strong relationships with publishers, vendors, and stakeholders
• Ensure efficient workflow across both offline and online operations
