Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Procuring Lands to increase Company's Portfolio.
∎ Collect Land information from various Sources/ Locations of Tepantor City.
∎ Frequently visit Lands, follow-up, Negotiate with Prospect and keep record for
∎ Management information's.
∎ Prepare Land Proposal for Land Development.
∎ Ensure proper coordination and liaison with Land Owner.
∎ Conduct Market Analysis and provide accurate Business Reports.
∎ To coordinate with different department as necessary.
∎ Serves as a Lead Facilitator both Internally and Externally for Land
∎ Procurement.
∎ Establish Plans and Ensure Appropriate Implementation of Prospective New
∎ Business Into The Company.
∎ Protects Organization's Value By Keeping Information Confidential.
∎ Work Closely with the Marketing Department to Design and Execute Pre-Agreed
∎ Strategies Built around Developing New Business Growth.
∎ Determine New Opportunities by Analyzing Business Needs.
∎ Market Analysis and Deliver Accurate Business Reports.
∎ Will Be Responsible For Checking of Drafted Agreement & Power of Attorney
∎ Etc.
∎ Any others task assigned by the management.
