∎ Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate(Flat & Plot) business and present market scenario.
∎ • As the Assistant Manager/Senior Executive of Sales and Marketing at Real Estate Company.
∎ • We are looking for dynamic, honest and potential candidates for the position of Senior Executive of Sales and Marketing. Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ • Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate(Flat & Plot) business and present market scenario.
∎ • Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ • Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ • Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ • Collect and analyze data and prepare sales report.
∎ • Priority have experience in Face book, SMS, WhatsApp others online Digital Marketing.
∎ • Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, online research, and attending industry events.
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate(Flat & Plot) business and present market scenario.
∎ • Computer knowledge is the must.
∎ • Any other task assigned by Management.
