∎ MBA from any reputed public or private university with excellent/top class academic background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role will be based in Dhaka (Bangladesh) with international travel required.
∎ Able to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful and practical solutions;
∎ Turn data into information which have practical use.
∎ Identify issues form hypotheses and solutions, enjoy understanding a problem and solving it in a systematic manner.
∎ Presenting findings and recommendations stakeholders.
∎ Practical, mastering the theory and will show “how it is done”.
∎ Proven ability of combining technical and emotional intelligence.
∎ Be a key player in implementing agreed solutions to those areas for improvement across and within a group of production sites in Bangladesh and internationally.
∎ Depending on the role you will take ownership of, and be held accountable for, your own and/or your team’s delivery of performance improvements in discrete areas of a project right up to managing an entire site-wide improvement programme, or even be managing a number of sites and improvement processes simultaneously.
∎ You will mentor, develop, support and encourage our in-house production management team so that they thrive and flourish within the demands of a modern production environment.
