Experience:
BSC in Civil Engineering.
Candidates form BUET/RUET/KUET/CUET/MIST/DU (Technology) and IUT will be given preference.
PMP or relevant project management certification will be considered an added advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Sound knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and site management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Candidates having experience in large reputed real estate companies or firms will have an added advantage.
Experience in Residential, commercial, industrial, or multistoried building will be preferred.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager – Project Management to oversee and manage construction projects within the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, BOQ preparation and verification, material sourcing, procurement coordination, cost control, contractor management, and overall project execution to ensure timely and quality completion.
Responsibilities:

Oversee overall project management activities from planning to project handover.
Prepare, review, and verify BOQ, project estimates, and construction budgets.
Monitor project progress and ensure completion within approved timeline and budget.
Coordinate with procurement, engineering, contractors, suppliers, and other departments for smooth project execution.
Coordinate design and drawing activities in collaboration with consultants, architectural engineers, and structural engineers.
Manage material sourcing and procurement activities ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
Implement effective cost control measures and monitor project expenses regularly.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Evaluate contractor performance, bills, work progress, and material consumption.
Prepare project reports, progress updates, and management presentations.
Resolve technical, operational, and project-related issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
