Should have experience in Group of Companies/ Real Estate Companies and handling Land & Legal related issues
Providing legal support to the company regarding land measurement, land mutation, land registration, land ownership, land related papers/documents and other assets.
Coordinate pending Civil & Land related cases/suits in different courts.
Coordinate land-related all legal matters and maintain liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. organization such as AC Land office, Tahshil, Sub-Registry office, RAJUK etc.
Dealing with land-related activities such as land measurement, verification of title and legal rights, Tax, VAT, mortgage, registration/ deed/ agreement/ bayna, deeds, mutation of land and other legal documents from related Govt. department etc.
Providing legal opinion by land file vetting for purchasing proposed land.
Drafting Plaint, petition written statements written objections, replies to relevant show cause and all other drafting’s.
Preparing Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-Kabla deed, various legal letters/ reply against letters / legal notices/Affidavit/agreements/contracts/deeds etc. in Bengali and English.
Collecting office-related papers from the Court or land record office for different cases like Deeds, Maps, Porcha, Dakhila, a mutation from concern Tohsil offices/Land offices.
Perform any other job from time to time as per assigned by the management
