Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Business Administration or relevant discipline.
MBA will be considered an added advantage.
HVAC-related technical or sales certifications will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Split Units, and Ventilation systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Strong business acumen and market analysis capability.
Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals independently.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM/sales reporting tools.
Strong leadership, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve HVAC business targets and revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Lead and manage the HVAC sales team to ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate customers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business trends and opportunities.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
Coordinate with Engineering, Design, and Project Teams to ensure proper solution offerings and project execution.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
Monitor sales pipeline, project status, and customer feedback regularly.
Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities.
Participate in client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance updates for management review.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and after-sales support.
Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
Maintain compliance with company policies and business standards.
