Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Business Administration or relevant discipline.

  • MBA will be considered an added advantage.

  • HVAC-related technical or sales certifications will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 32 years
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Split Units, and Ventilation systems.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

  • Strong business acumen and market analysis capability.

  • Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals independently.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM/sales reporting tools.

  • Strong leadership, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve HVAC business targets and revenue growth.

  • Identify new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

  • Lead and manage the HVAC sales team to ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate customers.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business trends and opportunities.

  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Design, and Project Teams to ensure proper solution offerings and project execution.

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.

  • Monitor sales pipeline, project status, and customer feedback regularly.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities.

  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance updates for management review.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and after-sales support.

  • Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and business growth.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies and business standards.
