∎ At least 10 year(s)

Shoe industry , Shoe Manufacturing, Shoe Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to lead the production team.
∎ Has to have clear experience on footwear manufacturing technic both in practical & theoretical.
∎ Has to follow up total production flow and balancing the production lines.
∎ Has to ensure optimum utilization of man, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of Footwear and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that footwear can be made the exportable stage.
∎ Has to perform to analyze, control, and reduce cost and wastage effectively and efficiently.
∎ Has to implement price-controlled policy in every stage of production, so that production cost is reduced.
∎ Has to make necessary arrangements of training for the subordinates in order to increase production capability by following modern production procedures.
∎ Has to make daily production report with all required data as per management requirement.
∎ Has to ensure the duties and responsibilities of subordinates as vested on them according to the organizational policy.
∎ Has to co-ordinate IE & Planning team for the maximum productivity.
∎ Has to ensure Safety guidelines, Cleaning & housekeeping of the Production Floor.
∎ Has to co-ordinate compliance team for any kinds of compliance issues and its implements.
∎ Has to perform any other task as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
