Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain continuous communication with the Production Head regarding the status of each product during production cycles.
∎ Ensure clear and consistent information flow between production and other relevant departments.
∎ Develop comprehensive production plans and schedules based on customer orders and demand forecasts.
∎ Adjust schedules to accommodate changes in order priorities or unforeseen production issues.
∎ Prepare and manage the raw material budget, ensuring sufficient inventory for ongoing production needs.
∎ Plan and allocate manpower resources effectively to meet production targets.
∎ Generate detailed reports on production, delivery, raw material consumption, floor stock, and machine usage.
∎ Maintain accurate records to facilitate data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Monitor production processes to ensure products meet specified quality standards and work orders are followed accurately.
∎ Implement corrective actions promptly when deviations from quality standards are identified.
∎ Oversee the production process to ensure that production and delivery orders are completed on time and meet customer requirements.
∎ Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of finished products.
∎ Train and develop assigned employees, providing them with specific knowledge and skills required for their roles.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the production team.
∎ Context:
∎ The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining product quality, and meeting production targets.
