Responsibilities & Context:
Develop monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on demand forecasts, inventory targets, and capacity constraints.
Balance production schedules with available resources (manpower, machines, and materials) to ensure smooth operation.
Coordinate with Supply Chain teams to ensure raw material availability before production runs.
Coordinate closely with procurement, warehouse, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
Serve as the central point of communication between cross-functional departments for all production-related matters.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
Lead capacity planning initiatives to support business growth.
Propose and implement process improvements and digital solutions (ERP, automation) for better planning efficiency.
Work closely with QC team to plan preventive maintenance, cleaning schedules, and audits without disrupting production.
Ensure resource development according to the TNA (Training Need Assessment); Design & accomplish technical training modules to ensure the smooth execution of operator’s skill development.
Evaluating Information to Determine Compliance with Standards.
