Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (IE), Textile Engineering, or Fashion Production Management.

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 years

Technical Proficiency: * Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Expertise in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Advanced Excel.

Knowledge of GSD (General Sewing Data) and SAM (Standard Allowed Minutes).Leadership: Strong ability to manage large teams (often 2000+ workers) and mediate between different department heads.



Responsibilities & Context:

1. Strategic Production Planning

Capacity Mapping: Analyze floor capacity and machine requirements to create realistic daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

Time & Action (T&A) Management: Monitor T&A calendars closely to ensure every milestone—from fabric arrival to final inspection—is met.

Resource Allocation: Optimize the distribution of manpower and machinery across different lines to prevent bottlenecks.

2. Operational Oversight (The "Cut to Pack" Flow)

Cutting Room: Oversee marker efficiency, fabric utilization, and precision cutting to minimize wastage.

Sewing Floor: Coordinate with Floor Supervisors to track hourly output against targets and troubleshoot technical issues.

Finishing & Packing: Ensure garments are pressed, tagged, and packed according to specific buyer manuals and export standards.

3. Quality & Compliance

Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to implement "In-line" and "End-line" inspections.

Ensure the facility adheres to safety regulations, labor laws, and buyer-specific compliance audits.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as DHU (Defects Per Hundred Units), Efficiency %, and OTIF (On-Time In-Full).

Prepare daily production reports (DPR) for senior management, highlighting variances and corrective actions.
