∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering/ Master of Science (MSc) Any Subject.
∎ Educational qualification is considerable of Highly Experience Applicant.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure to achieve sewing production target of the line as per production plan
∎ Ensure line balancing as per layout.
∎ Ensure time and motion study for all styles and prepare SMV database for all styles.
∎ Prepare worker assessment determination & analysis, incentives scheme, manpower budget etc
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ Ensure effective communication with supply chain team for increasing productivity.
∎ Review fabric consumption & thread consumption reports
∎ Implement the easy and effective way of doing work
∎ Calculate the line efficiency and submit report in a periodical order.
∎ Identify the bottleneck in production line & take necessary steps to solve it.
∎ Daily overtime (OT) monitoring and controlling
∎ Make & calculation none productive time (NPT) report weekly.
∎ Style analysis & new method development
∎ Implementing standard operation procedure
∎ Ensure the process flow through proper bundling system
∎ Layout the machine by maintaining proper sequence of operation to ensure best workflow
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum Work-In-Process (WIP).
∎ Update skill inventory on a regular basis.
∎ Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.
