Minimum 12 years of experience in knit garment production management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of knit garment production processes, machinery, and quality standards.

Proven ability to manage large teams and handle high-volume production units.

Expertise in production planning, capacity utilization, and process optimization.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

1. Develop and execute effective production plans to meet shipment schedules and buyer requirements.

2. Allocate resources and manpower efficiently to ensure smooth production flow.

3. Lead, monitor, and control daily production activities in knit garment sewing, finishing, and packing sections.

4. Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards and minimizing wastage.

5. Ensure proper coordination between cutting, sewing, finishing, and other related sections.

6. Supervise production teams, provide guidance, and build a high-performance culture

7. Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure all garments meet buyer specifications and AQL standards.

8. Implement process improvements to reduce defects and rework.

9. Monitor machine and manpower utilization to achieve optimum efficiency.

10. Control overhead costs and improve productivity through lean manufacturing practices.

11. Maintain compliance with buyer requirements, safety regulations, and company policies.

12. Promote a safe and clean working environment.
