Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the production team to ensure smooth daily operations of the knit garment factory.
Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet shipment deadlines.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Maintain quality standards and implement continuous improvement practices.
Coordinate with merchandising, planning, and quality departments to achieve production targets.
Train, guide, and motivate the production team for higher efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirements, and workplace safety standards.
