Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up the production plan, material planning and machinery planning
∎ Ensure Style allocation to the floors based on available capacity, product categories
∎ Ensure on time in-put and out-put of garments from the lines/ floor
∎ Involve in per-production meeting and ensure that important points are discussed at meeting.
∎ Monitoring & Follow up day-to-day production, from each line and ensures that production units meet the production target
∎ Coordinate with industrial engineering functions and systems
∎ Achieve targeted efficiency and productivity
∎ Ensures quality production at minimum alteration and repair cost
∎ Ensures right quantity shipment as per agreed schedule
∎ Plan proper shipment with appropriate documentation
∎ Oversee the optimum use of work force in terms of costing and numbers
∎ Ensure optimization of production processes and minimize the production cost
∎ Make sure that all production floors are compliance as per provision of law and buyers’ CoC.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication skill
∎ Sound working knowledge on MS Office Package
