Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure that Akij Ago Feed Ltd. adopts sustainable practices by leading the way in promoting environmental responsibility and cultivating a socially and ethically conscious culture.
∎ Drive and implement operational excellence initiatives to optimize efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall organizational performance within Akij Ago Feed Ltd.
∎ Receive monthly forecasts from the sales department.
∎ Prepare monthly production plans based on sales forecasts.
∎ Monitor monthly production reports to track and analyze key performance indicators through Google platforms and the ERP system.
∎ Plan technical processes to achieve daily production targets while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
∎ Provide training and guidance to the production team on achieving production goals.
∎ Collaborate with all relevant departments to ensure cost-effective, smooth production processes.
∎ Monitor the raw materials received according to the production plan.
∎ Conduct breakdown analysis and develop improvement plans.
∎ For a smooth operation, ensure effective manpower scheduling.
∎ Develop plans to reduce waste percentages, conversion costs, and departmental budgets.
∎ Prepare a yearly budget for production activities and continuously analyze budget variances for further improvement.
∎ Develop plans to ensure high-quality production standards.
∎ When necessary, use external communications to facilitate production processes.
